GEWUJI Supplier Reply Review

Supplier Reply Review / Methodology

How we review Chinese supplier replies

A practical way to read Chinese supplier communication before a decision.

We list what the supplier provided, mark what is still unclear, and write focused follow-up questions. We do not judge reliability or promise verification.

What is Supplier Reply Review?

It is a written pass through the supplier's message: what it says, what it leaves open, and what to ask next.

The review stays with communication signals and missing information. It does not judge whether a supplier is reliable.

What we review

Each review lists what the reply shows and what still needs clarification.

1. Information completeness

We check whether the reply covers the practical information needed for the next conversation.

  • Product details
  • Specifications
  • MOQ
  • Sample terms
  • Lead time
  • Payment terms

2. Information consistency

We compare the details in the supplier reply with the materials the buyer provided.

  • Company name
  • Payment details
  • Product capability
  • Factory information

3. Missing information

We list unanswered questions. An information gap does not automatically mean a supplier has a problem. It shows what needs clarification.

4. Supplier communication quality

  • Does the supplier answer the actual questions?
  • Are answers specific or vague?
  • Are conditions and timelines clear?

5. Follow-up questions

We turn those gaps into questions about products, samples, quantities, timelines, payment terms, and production conditions.

Example review process

The supplier's statements stay separate from the buyer's final decision.

Step What We Look At
Supplier Reply Original information provided by the supplier
Extract Information Product, MOQ, payment, sample, and timeline details
Identify Missing Details Important questions that remain unanswered or unclear
Prepare Follow-up Questions Clear questions for the next supplier conversation
Buyer Decision The buyer evaluates the information and chooses the next step
